Orders

How long does delivery take?
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@paletactg.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to help.

How does PALETA clothing fit?
Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, easy-wearing fit, made for life on and off the padel court. For exact measurements, please check our Size & Fit page before ordering.

Where can I find the size guide?

Delivery & Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unused and in its original condition.
