Welcome to PALETA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website, online store, and all related features, products, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

The Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the platform but is not responsible for your purchases from PALETA.

Your relationship for purchases is strictly with PALETA.

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, your data may be processed in countries outside your own.

 

11. Feedback

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, reviews or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant PALETA a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use and publish that Feedback for any purpose.

You must ensure your Feedback does not infringe the rights of others or contain unlawful or harmful content.

Information on the Services may occasionally contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct these and to cancel or update orders affected by them.
