PALETA – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PALETA. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped and delivered.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

  • During launches, restocks or high-volume periods: 3–5 business days

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight and delivery method.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery (Courier)

    Estimated 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery

    Estimated 1–2 business days

Europe

  • Tracked Delivery

    Estimated 4–7 business days

Rest of World

  • International Tracked Delivery

    Estimated 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, courier delays or factors outside our control.

3. Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes or customs fees.

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

  • Customers are responsible for paying all applicable fees once the parcel reaches their country.

  • PALETA cannot control or predict these charges.

4. Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your address is entered correctly.

We are not responsible for orders that are:

  • delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • returned to us due to delivery failure

  • lost because a courier was unable to deliver

If a parcel is returned to PALETA, you may be required to pay a re-delivery fee.

5. Tracking Your Order

All orders ship with tracking where available. You will receive tracking details once your order dispatches.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after several days, please contact the courier first, then contact us if the issue persists.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • If your parcel is lost or stolen, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.

  • Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and depend on courier outcomes.

7. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

If your order includes pre-order items:

  • Your full order may ship together once all items are available.

  • Estimated dispatch windows will be provided on the product page.

Pre-order dates are estimates and may shift due to manufacturing delays.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund Policy.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
