Once dispatch begins, we aim to send orders within 1–2 working days.

UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days. Free UK shipping is available on orders over £80.

European orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days.

Rest of the World orders typically arrive within 5–14 business days.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees.

Please email returns@paletactg.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

We’re happy to offer exchanges where possible. If you’d prefer a refund, this will be processed once your return has been received and checked.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
